Parkinson's Exercise Program

An exercise group run by a physiotherapy for patients with Parkinson's Disease.
Parkinson's Exercise Group is run once weekly on Thursdays 12:30pm - 1:30pm at the Anglican Church in downtown Trail. Participants need to be assessed for suitability and impairments by a physiotherapist.

There is a $5.00 fee for each exercise class to cover the rental of the Anglican Church Basement. This fee is collected by the Parkinson's Exercise Group.
