Chronic Pain Group Sessions - WRSS Primary Care Network

White Rock-South Surrey Primary Care Network is offering ongoing chronic pain group sessions for White Rock-South Surrey residents 19+ to learn from health clinicians and peers about how to manage chronic pain in a 3-part series. Three interactive 90-minute sessions focus on these key topics:
  • Introduction to Chronic Non-Cancer Pain
  • Non-Opioid Medications
  • Opioid Medications

The series discusses non-medication treatments while also covering medication options, side effects, and opioid safety with a Neighbourhood Nurse and Pharmacist. Sessions run weekly for 3 weeks. Join online or at the Centre for Active Living in White Rock. Space is limited and registration is required.
