Community Substance Use, Mental Health, and Housing Support Programs - Maple Ridge

Offers a range of community-based programs and services that support individuals, youth, and families affected by substance use, mental health challenges, and housing instability.
Programs and services include:
  • Outreach Services: provides support, resources, and guidance to individuals in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The program helps clients access housing, health and addiction supports, income assistance, and harm reduction services, while also assisting with replacing identification and navigating community systems.
  • OAT Clinic: Provides medication-based treatment for individuals with opioid use disorder. The program offers supervised prescriptions such as methadone or Suboxone, along with assessments, counselling, and ongoing support to reduce withdrawal symptoms, prevent overdose, and support long-term recovery and well-being. There is no referral required to access this service.
  • Counselling & Prevention Services: Offers free, confidential support for youth, adults, and families impacted by substance use. The program provides one-on-one counselling, drop-in and group sessions, education, prevention programming, and referrals to additional treatment and community resources.
  • Group Programs: Alouette offers a number of groups in addition to one-on-one counselling as they continue to meet the needs of the Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge communities.
