Offers programs for adults and youth who are affected directly or indirectly by addictions and substance abuse.
Alouette Addiction Services provides all residents of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows the opportunity to learn about addictions and find ways to minimize the impact addictions have on each person's life. Services include:
  • Counselling for any person or family member affected by alcohol and/or drug misuse.
  • Education programs and group experiences geared toward the special needs of our client population (e.g. Meditation, Anxiety, Depression, Personal Growth, Anger Management, Mental Health)
  • Referrals to other resources as appropriate, for example detox centers and residential treatment programs.
  • Outreach and education to groups who may be at risk of developing a substance misuse problem.
  • Specialized programs for high risk youth and their families.
  • Substance Affected Groups.
  • Funding support for individuals who are at risk of losing their housing and/or are currently without housing.
  • Information and training for professionals in the community on a variety of substance misuse topics.
  • Prevention programming and promotion of the healthy community concept.
  • Consultation with addictions therapists.
  • Opioid Agonist Therapy Clinic with two doctors accepting patients for methadone and/or suboxone.

Group Program Schedule:
  • Phone-in One-on-One Counselling available Monday through Friday
  • SMART Recovery Group available on Mondays
  • Anger Management Group available on Tuesdays
  • Music for Recovery Group available on Wednesdays
  • Mindfulness Group available on Thursdays
  • Happiness Management Group available on Fridays
