Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program provides education and exercise programs designed specifically for people who are living with chronic lung disease.
Participants learn about lung condition, coping with shortness of breath, administering breathing medications and improving overall quality of life.

Participants learn to exercise under the direct supervision of a health care professional.

Referral Physician referral required. Call for testing appointment following receipt of referral.
