Respiratory Rehabilitation Program

A comprehensive group education and exercise program that provides tools and resources for people with chronic lung disease.
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Clinics provide a multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment plan for suspected or confirmed chronic lung disease - COPD, interstitial lung disease, pre/post transplant, fixed airway disease. The clinics offers:
  • Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program (PRP) - 8 weeks long, 2 days per week
  • Activation Exercise Program - 6 sessions, once per week (for those that have already participated in a program at the clinic and have had a set back)
  • Self Management Program (Education only) - 2 classroom only sessions (*independently exercising, working and/or for care givers of the client)


Telehealth and/or virtual appointments available if needed.
