- Receive support in developing their skills
- Receive one-on-one support throughout their early childhood, when needed
- Receive timely assessments, when applicable
- For children, youth, and families with special needs living in Takla, Yekooche, Stellaquo, Saik'uz, Fraser Lake, Vanderhoof, and Nadleh Whut'en. Children without diagnosis are also welcome to receive supports.
- Any family or care providers who are concerned that a child has a developmental delay in any domain may refer children to the ASCD program.
- Referrals from professionals must have parental consent.
