Offers both individual counselling and group-based support to help individuals navigate the challenges of addiction, mental health, and recovery.
The Fraser Valley Addictions & Recovery Hub offers:
  • One-on-One Addictions Counselling: Personalized sessions with a clinical counsellor, focused on issues like trauma, relapse prevention, anxiety, grief, and emotional regulation.
  • SMART Recovery Groups: A science-based, self-empowering support group that helps individuals learn tools to manage addictive behaviours and build motivation for change.
  • Mental Health & Recovery Support Groups: Weekly group sessions focused on mental wellness, peer connection, healthy coping, and life skills for those navigating recovery and personal growth.
  • Safe, Confidential Spaces: All groups and sessions are conducted in a respectful, confidential environment where participants are free to share, learn, and heal at their own pace.
Counselling and group services are available to the public, clinic clients and those in the transitional housing program. Services are delivered by a registered clinical counsellor and grounded in compassion, dignity, and trauma-informed care.
