Caregiver Support, Family / Parenting, and Mental Health - Adult

Parenting Young Children Support Group: This is a group for parents of children ages 0-6 to meet weekly on Thursday mornings to support and learn from each other. Childminding is available. The group runs from September to the end of June.
Connect Parent Group: A FREE 10-week program. Supporting Parents and caregivers with concerns about their child aged 8-17's behaviours and emotional health. Group runs from January to March, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
Self Care: Mental Wellness for Parents: Designed to meet the specific needs of parents living with mental health challenges, including anxiety and/or depression while parenting. No diagnosis is needed to attend this program. Programming for children 0-6 is available. This is a FREE group.
Craft & Chat: Free arts and crafts every Monday, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. Meet other local parents, share experiences, inspire, and encourage each other. No experience necessary. Pre-registration is required.
Great Dads Group: This group is for fathers of children aged 0-6 to meet weekly on Thursday evenings to come together for support. Light dinner provided. Play-focused programming for children 0-6 is available for this program.
Single Mom's Support Group: This group gives single mothers an opportunity to come together for support, relaxation, a light meal, resource referral and guest speakers. Group meets on Monday evenings. CAP-C/YWCA childminding for children 0-12 is available. The group runs from September until the end of June.
