Bereavement & Palliative Support

Provided by Crossroads Hospice Society

Compassionate care is provided to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families, along with support for those navigating grief.
Adult Grief Support Services: Offers a variety of grief support programs and services to anyone over 30 years of age living in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore or Belcarra, as well as those who have lost a loved one at the Crossroads Hospice Residence. Youth & Young Adults Grief Support Services: Offers a variety of grief support programs and services to individuals between the ages of 13 and 29, residing in the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, or Belcarra) who have experienced the loss of a loved one within the past three years. Complimentary Programs: Offers a variety of support programs that includes: the visiting volunteer program, art cart, legacy prints, tea service, musical performances, hand massage, energy work, pet therapy, legacy projects, and vigil support. For more details on these services, click here.
