What can I expect on this call?
We will ask you some questions to learn more about your situation and find the right service for you. We then guide you through the steps to connect with that service.

Who can get a call?
If you live in the Fraser Health region, you can get a call from us. To see the Fraser Health region, visit this page.

When can I expect a call?
You can expect us to call you within 48 hours.

Can I register on behalf of someone else?
You can only register for yourself. If you want to get help for someone else, please call us at 1-833-866-6478. We are open 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., 365 days a year.

Are there other ways to get started?
Yes. You can register in person or by calling us.

In-Person: - For help with substance use and addiction concerns, come to one of Fraser Health’s Rapid Access to Addiction Care clinicsWe can help you the same day. - For help with mental health concerns, go to one of Fraser Health’s mental health centres to get started. For urgent help with mental health concerns, go to one of Fraser Health’s Urgent Care Response Centres (UCRC).
