Access a health care provider to receive ongoing medical care and/or timely care for urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
The Chilliwack UPCC provides timely, non-emergency treatment for patients in the communities of Chilliwack, Agassiz/Harrison and Hope as well as communities in the Fraser Canyon. Service extends to Boothroyd and also includes regional Indigenous communities, Sunshine Valley and Manning Park.
Patients experiencing chest pains, head injuries or broken bones cannot be treated at the Centre and should always attend their local hospital’s emergency room. Examples of when to use urgent care:

- Cuts, wounds or skin conditions
- Cough or Cold
- Fever
- Infections, such as chest, ear, and bladder
- Mild back pain
- Sprains and strains
- Nausea, diarrhea or constipation
- Immunizations

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
