Talking Helps Counselling Program

Clinical Counselling services are available in a variety of languages.
Talking Helps is a counselling program available to residents of the Tri-Cities (including Anmore and Belcarra). A team of clinical counsellors with extensive experience as well as high-level Master’s students, can provide services in a variety of languages and are available to support individuals, couples and families dealing with the challenges of daily life such as parenting, relationships and stress as well as more complex issues such as trauma, divorce or separation, anger management, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, and employment issues along with other mental wellness concerns. They are also very passionate about supporting the needs of our LGBTQS2 community.

Services can be provided in person at our Clarke Street location or virtually Monday 8:30am to 7:00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 9:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Talking Helps currently has funding which means that clients who live in the Tri-cities do not pay for counselling services. This funding will be in place until 2025 (at minimum).
