Get Set & Connect - Social activities for adults living with mental illness
Addictions / Substance Use, Mental Health - Adult & Senior, Social / Recreational, and Volunteering

The program focuses on community inclusion and building meaningful connections. There are five components of the program: One to One Leisure and Volunteer Community Access Coaching, Connecting through Peer-Led Groups, Independent Leisure, Independent Volunteer Exploration and Group Volunteer Exploration.
Participants may also access the volunteer preparation course, Ready, Set, Go! to explore their interests, strengths, and create a plan to obtain a volunteer placement. Visit the website for further details.
Eligibility:
- Have a lived experience of a mental health and/or addiction concern
- Have community inclusion as a goal
- Be 19 years of age or older
- Be a resident of Vancouver
- Have other professional mental health supports
