Sees children at risk for developmental delay, or who have a developmental delay, ages 0 - 3 years old in both Tri-Cities and New Westminster.
A home-visiting program, that works alongside families to implement play-based strategies to help children grow and develop at a pace that is right for them. Consultants help families to access information about child development, navigate referrals and supports and connect them with community resources.
A referral is required for this program. Referrals are accepted from physicians, community service providers and family/friends. To refer someone fill out the online referral form available here.
