Housing, employment, and primary & mental health care for homeless individuals.
The Homeless Outreach program dramatically improves the lives of individuals who are homeless by helping them access housing, a stable source of income, and other support services such as primary and mental health care. In addition, the program also supports individuals to develop health and life skills.
