Chronic Disease Management & Prevention Exercise Class

Provided by White Rock Community Center

A course to use exercise as a tool to manage chronic diseases.
Physical activity and exercise are now considered principal interventions for primary and secondary prevention of chronic diseases. This comprehensive program is conducted by Certified Clinical Rehab Specialist.

To receive a first time participant assessment and a referral to this program.

The Move for Life project helps support the CDM program by providing a subsidy for community members.
