Virtual Care allows residents to speak with a health professional about their health care concerns over the phone.
Fraser Health Virtual Care allows callers to speak or chat with a registered nurse or dietitian about their health or nutrition concerns. During a call the nurse or registered dietitian can:
  • Access personal Fraser Health medical records to review medical history and enter a nursing or registered dietitian assessment
  • Provide clinical assessment via phone or video conferencing which means that they will examine symptoms (if applicable) and offer advice
  • Provide health advice and information
  • Connect to appropriate Fraser Health programs and services

Speak with a registered nurse, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven-days-a-week or registered dietitian 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, including statutory holidays. Outside of our hours, please call 8-1-1.
