Counselling Services - For Adults, Youth and Families

Provides counselling services to adults, youth and families who require help and support around substance use issues.
Adult Counselling: Offers counselling services to adults in the Mission, BC who want information, referrals and support around substance use issues.

If there are concerns about personal substance use or the substance use of someone close, please call for support. If the services appear to be a good fit, attendance at a drop-in consultation will be requested to complete the intake process. If possible, please have your Health Care Card ready for the first Consult/Intake.

After completing intake, a variety of support options are available, including in-person or phone drop-in consultations (brief counselling sessions to get started), group support, and individual counselling.


Youth and Family Counselling: Offers confidential counselling, support in school, prevention, early intervention and referrals to detox and residential treatment. Youth and Family counsellors work with youth from age 12 to 24 who are experiencing substance use issues or are affected by the substance use of someone close to them. Counsellors also provide support to parents and other family members.

Individual counselling and support as well as a variety of group counselling opportunities are available. Recreational activities are offered throughout the year, especially during school holiday periods.
