Sexual Abuse Intervention Program (SAIP)

Provided by Xyólheméylh - Fraser Valley Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society

Supports individuals impacted by sexual abuse.
Provides support to any Aboriginal child, youth, parent, or caregiver impacted by sexual abuse. The program provides 1 on 1 assistance from a specialized social worker, to help individuals to learn to cope and manage trauma. Educational workshops are also offered. SAIP Program Elements:
  • One-on-one counselling
  • Educational workshops
  • Coping & skill development
