Youth Addiction Treatment Program
Addictions / Substance Use, Services for Children, and Services for Youth
Provided by Last Door Recovery Society
Detoxification before intake is preferred but may not be necessary. Clients must be physically and mentally able to participate in all components of an intensive recovery program and a group living environment. Clients must be motivated to attempt an abstinence-based program. The program also provides weekly parents group sessions, and weekly youth program alumni support group.
Referral Instructions: Please contact the Last Door intake team for a telephone screening to discuss the detox protocol and suitability. Residential Detox is only available to clients who plan on participating in Last Door’s longer-term treatment program.
For health care referrals, a Last Door Referral Package can be completed and faxed or emailed to intake@lastdoor.org. As part of the screening/intake process, Last Door can schedule a full day of program viewing for applicants and their referral agents. Call the number below for more information.
