Caregivers Support Group - Maple Ridge & Pitt Meadows

For Family and Friend Caregivers who are caring for an older adult 55+ who is living at home.
Ridge Meadows Seniors Society offers Caregiver Connection and Support Program where caregivers can share common concerns with other family and friend caregivers, find balance and receive emotional support, and learn new coping skills to reduce caregiver stress.

Programs Offered:
  • Weekly drop in support program in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows Seniors Centre
  • One-to-one support via telephone, in person or online
  • Monthly educational speakers to learn new tools and resources
  • Information and Resources
  • Circle of Care informal respite care
Eligibility requirements to access program/services: Caring for an older adult in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows who is 55. Referral can be through self-referral, family practice, community agency or family/friend. Registration and Intake is required.
